Supporting the biggest indoor market in Europe with occupancy and trader promotion.

Placemaking Objective

We were commissioned to deliver  a series of placemaking objectives. These ranged from successfully promoting letting opportunities and hosting an open evening event to building awareness and footfall by supporting traders through a series of films called ‘Stories of the People’ which we promoted across all of our digital channels. We were asked to launch Leeds Market’s Instagram account and were commissioned to produce a bespoke section in our last Little Black Book of Leeds.

Impact

Successfully exceeded the remit of our brief:  on time, within budget and providing a proven excellent return on financial investment.

“The Independent Life team really over delivered on the objectives set out for them going out of their way to produce a bespoke proposal to meet our needs. The key differences is that they genuinely care about our traders and supporting small businesses in Leeds, continually going above and beyond. Their outputs are excellent and they’re super easy to work with and always deliver value for money.”
