Fabrication Crafts is an independent department store selling work by over 70 local artists and craftspeople run by a social enterprise. Set up in 2008, with the aid of an Unltd Award, we have provided adhoc and permanent workspaces for makers to use ever since.

We first established in 2012 and have been in Leeds ever since. We have everything from food to furniture, clothing, jewellery, accessories. Art, photography, homewares, body products, garden items, and heritage crafts and even a wedding department, all locally made and available nowhere else in the city centre. Many items are one off designer pieces and most of our sellers can also make bespoke to your requirements.

We also run hen parties and corporate events, as well as craft classes in-house and in the community, as well as an ad hoc workspace for crafts people at our Fabrication2 venue, which houses fashion designers, jewellers, photographers etc. All our staff are our makers!.
